B2B MARITIME S.A. has decided to align its processes according to anti-bribery management iso 37001:2016 as a strategic decision of the company.
Senior Management establishes, maintains and reviews this Anti-Bribery Policy and communicates it to interested parties as appropriate, in order to achieve and maintain the highest standards in all aspects of its activities and therefore assumes the commitment to:
- Prohibit bribery in all activities that the company carries OUT.
- Require compliance with anti-bribery laws that are applicable to the organization
- Provide a reference framework for the establishment, review and achievement of anti-bribery objectives that Senior Management establishes
- Meet the requirements of the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management STANDARD.
- Promote the raising of concerns in good faith or based on a reasonable belief in confidence and without fear of RETALIATION.
- Promote Continuous Improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management SYSTEM.
- Designate the Compliance Officer with the authority and independence of the anti-bribery compliance function.
- Implement the appropriate sanctions to detect dishonest actions by its employees or contractors or those who do not comply with this Anti-Bribery Policy.
- Conduct our business with honesty and integrity, applying the highest ethical standards and respecting the laws.
- Provide staff with training in order to detect and promote the identification of real or potential bribery situations.
- Have all the resources necessary to carry out the actions, measures and controls to prevent and investigate bribery behaviour.
- Implement a reporting channel that guarantees the confidentiality of complaints or suspicions linked to bribery behaviour and that also protects the complainant from any type of threat, coercion or retaliation.
